Reservations

We accept reservations by telephone, fax, email or post. We will ask for your name, address, email address and telephone number. We do ask for mobile numbers so we can contact you in case of late arrival.

 

Deposit

We will ask you to guarantee your booking with debit/ credit card details.

 

Cancellation Policy

We will ask you to guarantee your booking with debit or credit card details over the telephone. If your booking is cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in the case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For group or longer term bookings a deposit may be required and terms and conditions will be agreed with you.

 

Current Tariff

Our prices are per room per night and include breakfast.

 

Sole Occupancy

All our rooms are double or twin/ family. We offer a sole occupancy rate for single travellers.

 

Payment

We are pleased to accept cash and debit cards. Guests are asked to settle their account the night before departure and to vacate their rooms by 11a.m on the morning of departure.

 

Smoking

Lugo Rock is non smoking.  Guests are welcome to smoke outside on the sundeck or garden.

 

Car Parking

We offer   car parking. Vehicles are parked on the premises at  owners’ risk.

 

Children

We are pleased to accommodate children over 12 years of age.

 

Pets

We are dog lovers and  can accommodate dogs by individual arrangement and a small charge for cleaning.
